My Christmas experience was incredible! the spa facilities were amazing and the staff were so friendly. the breakfast buffet was fantastic and there was something for everyone. the location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Despite the great facilities, there were a few things that could have been improved. the room was slightly outdated compared to the photos online, and the heating wasn't adjustable, so we were quite hot at night.
